The Quarter Life Chronicles

Have you ever noticed that Monday's are always hectic days, regardless of how prepared you think you are.

When I leave work on Friday, I really try to make sure I have everything done and ready for the following week.  But every Monday it seems as though I come into work and realize that I really didn't have everything done...or it wasn't done properly.

Nothing major, but it does annoy me.

I don't have "normal" Mondays as the actual day of Monday is normally a day off for me - though it wasn't this week because of the massive amount of overtime I was working. Technically this week Wednesday is Monday and I'm sure it will be just as out of whack and manic as a regular Monday for regular people.

There now - did any of that make any sense at all?!?

It's that Monday Feeling, isn't it? It's got to be something to do with how lazy and good the weekends feel in comparison...

I've shared job with others. It always seem something isn't done.
But I always look at the other side of the coin and I fall short quite a bit also.

Coffee is on.

I do that too, on Fridays straighten everything out so I'll be ready to get a running start come Monday Morning. Of course I don't always get to, because it's the last 5 minutes on Fridays when the fires pop up... oh well, back to the grind :)

Usually I have no trouble with my work being in order on Mondays -- but this Monday, since I hadn't been near the office since Wednesday afternoon AND since I have some kind of bug -- was a real bear. I'm still not certain I did everything correctly!
